Been saving those pennies
Rubbing together change
Watching the weather channel nervously
I unplugged the lamp in the corner
Scuttling dust bunny
All tumbleweed & achoos
April fool’s day is June first
Seeing as how the joke’s on you
Now what will you do
Be moved in down the street
Soon enough to play trick-or-treat
